Safekeeping / Storage

1. Charges

• A standard charge of $20.00 per item shall apply for the initial two (2) weeks of the      safekeeping period.
• Thereafter, an additional fee of $10.00 per item, per week shall be incurred for each      subsequent week up to a maximum of 13 weeks.
• Please Contact Us to discuss storage arrangements for periods in excess of 13 weeks.

2. Payments

• All payments are to be made in advance, at the commencement of each calendar month.
• Payments may be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

3. Collection of Items

• A minimum notice period of forty-eight (48) hours is required prior to the  collection of any item(s) held in safekeeping.
• Notice  must be provided directly to Adelaide Estate Firearms.
• All applicable paperwork (where required by law) must be presented to Adelaide Estate      Firearms and verified prior to collection of items held in safekeeping.

4. Forfeiture of Property

• In  the event that the outstanding balance for safekeeping exceeds the agreed value of any individual firearm and/or accessories held, the undersigned  hereby acknowledges and agrees to forfeit ownership of said items.
• Adelaide  Estate Firearms reserves the right to dispose of or sell such items as deemed necessary to recover any and all outstanding fees or charges.
